So I got dragged into going to a football match in Old Trafford since the boyfriend is so keen on Football and Manchester United. So it was my first real match that I had watched live, and I have to admit, I enjoyed. So my first match, Manchester United vs Sunderland, and it was pretty intense and exciting!

First night outs back at Lancaster University!
Since I've been back at University, I've been out a few times and they have been real good fun!
First night back
Alice, Rachel, Muzzy, Brian and I got back early so we decided to go out in celebration of the New Year and the return of Flat 5 Bad Guys!
So on this night after a few pre-drinks back at the flat playing Ring Of Fire, we set off for the SugarBus which wasn't on, so we got a regular 2A bus to centre of Lancaster, and we met two American girls, one of which was on my course for LICA 100 module! Anyway, we arrived at Sugar and had a couple of drinks and a dance here and there, but soon left after getting bored and ventured out to Elements, which was shut! So we ended up in Spoons instead, which was dead.. so we had a few cocktails and selfies to celebrate. We eventually returned home and poor Alice was very poorly.. if you get my gist.

Girls night outs in Elements
I have to admit that Elements the nightclub in Lancaster is defiantly a favourite when it comes to the Flat Five girlies!
17th January 2014
First night, we went to Elements was the first girls night out but unfortunately, Rach couldn't join Mary-Ann, Alice and I, due to too much pre-drinking, whilst the guys and Rach stayed at home to play poker with Rachel Hughes, we adventured out to Elements!
25th January 2014
Rawr Fridays is on every Friday at Elements, so we put on some animal ears and head out for Elements which was free entry, bonus! But after being dropped off at Lounge because of Rach's sisters friends 21st for a little bit. After a few Tequila shots, we headed out to Elements! So after dancing around on the dance floor and the legendary cage, whilst Rachel pulled an eager ginger bloke, and a lesbian attempted to pull me, it was safe to say it was a brilliant night! Though the after effects of being sick wasn't to pleasant!
6th February 2014
BIG NIGHT OUT IN COLOUR! A remake of the BNO in Fresher's week, but this time it included paint. Yes, A PAINT PARTY!
This time we had the company of Alice's twin brother! So we first stopped at the Lounge, had something yellow to drink ( apart of the tasks) , moved to Elements had a good dance a few drinks except Muzzy and Antwan being the typical granddads they are ! Sooner or later we nearly all died in Sugar, due to the chaos of the paint party! Literally got painted so much with paint guns!
Also did I mention that I got nominated for a necknomination which is basically where you have to down a pint of an alcoholic drink in one? Well just a shout out to Kristian, cheers buddy!
8th February 2014
Since Alice's ID was found, in celebration we decided to hit Elements! But beforehand we had a quick go on Muzzy's Singstar because we are that epic! And obviously , Alice and I being the amazing and talented singers that we are were defiantly the best!
Then we set off for Elements with the help of our regular taxi driver who gave us a fiver, the cutie! We had a few dances whilst some of us were mithered by lads.. haha! Overall another good night!

New Years Eve and New Year Resolutions 2013/2014
For the last few days of 2013, I spent it with my boyfriend in Ulverston; where he lives. For Christmas we got each other train tickets so we could see each other, aw. There was one time in particular though, that we nearly didn't get to see each other due to the weather and the high tide where he lives. But I made a decision because I wanted to see him so bad, was to gamble on individual trains to eventually get to Preston. It took me 3 hours!
So on the first train to Preston, I was so packed that you could barley fit everyone on the standard carriages so much so, people had to go in the first class carriages. After waiting around for nearly half an hour on Manchester Oxford Road train station due to a train driver being stuck in Carlisle, we eventually got moving. This is when I met my companion for the whole journey Jacob, who was also meeting his girlfriend in Barrow. So we eventually arrived at Preston, and Jesus it was so crowded, and trains we being cancelled from everywhere. Luckily though, our train to Lancaster was still running and we eventually arrived in Lancaster 20 minutes later. I eventually got on the last train to Barrow in Furness, so after around 3 and a half hours of travelling I eventually made it. So I ended up staying the night!
Anyway, back to New Years Eve, I ended up staying in Ulverston, due to some events that occurred at home. I had a really lovely and amazing time with Tom and his family. We got drunk quite a few times and we had little trips to the beach to walk the dog, went to the cinema ( which was very cute and diddy, unlike what I'm used to back at Vue cinemas at home) and Tom even took me out to a little county restaurant named The Farmhouse, which was really nice and cute!! I loved every minute of it and it was definitely a good start to 2014 and a good end to 2013.

As stated in my first ever blog post I said I would write what I did achieve in 2013 and then also make new resolutions for the new year, 2014.

Christmas 2013
Back at home, we had a very nice quiet Christmas which was quite nice. For a change, Kev, Amy and I were woken up by our parents at roughly 8 in the morning. Little Emmy it being her first Christmas wore a numerous amount of Christmas related nativity clothes the throughout the day...
Her Pj's to wake up in on Christmas Day

Since it was Emmy's 1st Christmas, it was a pretty special time for our household but a great sadness for all since it was the first Christmas without Taid. The Christmas Day itself though was really fun, we watched Home Alone 2 and Iron Man 3 after scoffing our delicious Christmas meal made by our parents!
Here are the rest of the photos from Boxing Day and tree decorating, Kev and I liked the look of Emmy's ball pit so we had a go!
Christmas faces!!
